Monday: Run (6 miles treadmill city)
Tuesday: Run (3 miles in the out of doors)
Wednesday: Body Pump
Thursday:  Run or Off
Friday: Off
Saturday: Run Sleep prevailed

This Week:
Sunday:
Off
Monday: Run
Tuesday: Run
Wednesday: Body Pump
Thursday:  Training Sesh
Friday: Run
Saturday: Off (and Boomer Sooner!)
