The week ahead & a recap

So its time to get back on track up in here.

For real.

Last week was a bit… messy.

But I’m fairly certain I’ve got my life in order now.

How ’bout a recap of last week’s workout activities?  Shouldn’t take long.

Sunday:  Sat in River, Two Stepped, Ate Mexican Food, Drank Beer
Monday:  Rest Day in Observance of “Memorial Day”
Tuesday:  Spin Class!
Wednesday: Nothin’!
Thursday:  Beast Session on the Stairmaster
Friday:   Nada.
Saturday:  1.5 mile run with Le Tiny Pup and Training Sesh that still has me in tears (for serious)

Time to make up for last week’s laziness.  Here’s what this week better look like:

Sunday:  Rest, still in immense pain from  ridonk training sesh.  Cannot walk down stairs like normal person
Monday:  Spin!
Tuesday:  BodyPump or Machine Cardio (elliptical or stairmaster)
Wednesday:  Run!
Thursday:  Gymin’ it
Friday:  Rest
Saturday:  Run!

You know what is an awesome song?  Bring it All to Me by Blaque.   Oh 1999, you were a good one.

Oh hot damn this is my jam…

Unfortunately it appears they did not make a video for the better version with JC Chasez.  Sads.

You betcha, JC.

In my research I also stumbled upon this version.  Fabulously done.
