To say that my workouts this week did not exactly go as planned might be an understatement.

Between feeling like le poo thanks to allergies and lots of team events for work, I didn’t make it to the gym nearly as much as I would have liked.


Sunday:  Spin & take Stella on a long walk

MondaySpin & Run/ 3 mile walk on Katy Trail

TuesdayBody Pump & Yoga Rest

WednesdayYoga Training Sesh & Spin

ThursdayBody Pump Rest

FridaySpin or Post Work Stairmastering Rest

SaturdayTrainin Sesh & Long walk with Stella 25 min Stairmaster/ 10 minutes on Ellptical

Three unintentional rest days.  Oops.  This is another week, let’s do this.

Now let me leave you with something precious.
